I mean, the website was really simple to use, and yeah, I booked my flight in just a few minutes. No fuss or confusion, which was nice.

"Helpful customer service when I needed it"
I had to change my flight and the customer service agent was really helpful. I did have to wait on hold for a little while, which wasn’t ideal, but once I got through they sorted everything out without any hassle. Overall, a positive experience.

"My bag showed up so fast!!!"
I was kinda surprised!!! My suitcase came out really quickly and there wasn’t any damage at all!!! The whole baggage process was way smoother than I expected!!!

"Comfortable enough for my standards"
I’m particular about seat comfort when I fly, and these seats felt nice enough. Nothing overly fancy, but I was comfortable for the trip and didn’t feel cramped or annoyed the whole time.
